Riot are looking forward to introducing more server options to Latin American players as they are to putting up two LA regions for testing.
According to Surrender@20, Latin America will eventually be split into South and North servers (map of the regions available above), who will also be accompanied by an all-Spanish client as well as Spanish voiceovers of the champions. The alpha version of the Latin America servers itself is already available from the official client.
Transfer to the new regions will be free upon their launch.
