Groups C and D have concluded and finished the second group stage of the WePlay tournament. Dignitas, Kaipi, EG and Liquid advance into the playoffs.
Over the course of the past two days, groups C and D have been played out. On Saturday, Team Dignitas topped group C with Kaipi placing second. The mainly Romanian team has edged out QPAD Red Pandas in a close 2-1. Empire could not deliver and placed last.
Today, Evil Genius claimed the top of group D in what can only be described as a nailbiter against fellow Americans Team Liquid. Liquid still managed to grab second place, beating Keita Gaming who edged out Fnatic.na before.

Group A and Group B of the second groupstage has been played last week. More information on last weekend's results are available here.
The playoffs will begin on Monday the 6th May, at 17:00 CET with Kaipi vs. mousesports. From then on, two match-ups will be played each day until Sunday the 12th May, where the best-of-five Grand Finals will take place. The playoffs are in a double elimination format and all matches are best-of-three (except for the Grand Finals). There will be no WB advantage.
