Former Division Manager at IGN hired by Riot

Now known as a fan favorite due to his community interaction, Nick Allen has joined the team at RiotGames to assist in any way they deem possible.

nickallen_article.jpgBefore joining Riot, Nick Allen was the IGN Division Manager and did a lot of work for the previously named IGN Pro League, which was recently purchased by Blizzard Entertainment.. Having had the responsibility of coordinating online tournaments, creating editorial content, and developing marketing opportunities, Riot dug its claws in and deemed him a valuable asset.

"Division and Project Manager with a specialization in competitive gaming. Nick brings a background in Social Work, and with it, an efficiency in counseling, mediation, and problem resolution.

In his current role, Nick manages a sizable team to create daily written and video content, organize and coordinate international players and staff, develop and deploy major promotional strategies, and coach and guide aspiring professionals.
