Many of the old dogs played strongly today and players like Bisu, Rain, Stork and Jangbi greatly contributed to their teams' victories today.

To give green light to the new round, Flash and Fantasy came out for a 45-minute TvT spectacle. Flash's Raven/Viking went against Fantasy's Viking/Raven/BC/Thor army to prove that quantity can be just as good as diversity. Overwhelmed by Viking shots, Fantasy surrendered the first set.

Unfortunately for KT Rolster, their lead would not hold for long and the protoss duo of SKT Rain and Bisu (The Revolutionist's first victory this season) swung the score into SKT's lead. While Hitman and Wooki played well enough to take back the advantage, ultimately there was no beating the protoss line-up of SKT. Parting came out in the 6th set to tie the score and Rain was unleashed as the ace to destroy Flash and bring home the 4-3 win.

The second match of the day between KHAN and STX Soul enjoyed a much more one-sided atmosphere. Solar's Mutalisks and Jangbi's Immortal defense against the enemy Colossi delivered a 2-0 lead for KHAN and although STX Soul did manage to take away sets here and there, they could never go on a streak to overtake KHAN's advantage. As Stork commanded his flotilla against Hyvaa, the series was KHAN's.

Today's matches are Team 8 against CJ Entus and Woongjin Stars versus EG-TL. At -16, Team 8 are in dire need for a victory and this is even more true for EG-TL. With negative 22, the joint roster is on the bottom of the table and going against the undisputed leaders will not be a walk in the park.
