Action was taken against GIANTS for being an hour late to the match and thus affecting their draft phase.
Anyone watching the LCS will have noticed that the first game to kickstart the day was between GIANTS! and Evil Geniuses and was also penalized for being more than an hour late.The executive producer for LCS has spoken on this and stated that the 2 missing bands from GIANTS were due to not being allowed 2 of their 3 bans due to punishment from being late. This directly affected the game as Evil Geniuses had a wide library of their favorite picks open to them during the match.
