$1000 Challenger Circuit invitational tournament erupts for NA

Though most of the spotlight is strictly on the LCS or international tournaments, a new cup has dawned sporting some of the strongest semi-professional NA teams.

Starting March 18th, Four groups of four will fight for a prize of $1000 in a dual tournament format with the top 8 advancing into a double elimination bracket. Casters include OptimusTom, Rapid, Studio, Attackfang, and Phrank. The tournament FAQ also states that invitations are sent based on being recognized as a top challenger team amongst other methods.

The tournament begins on March 18th and continues towards March 24th with the group stage residing in the first 4 days and the brackets to follow on the weekend.
