Just three days after the first GEST title, ABC proved once again that they are a force in the SEA scene, winning the Armaggeddon Dota 2 Grand Slam.
Day 4 has dawned and it brought us the conclusion to a weekend full of Dota 2.
The duel between ABC and First Departure took the center stage in the Marina Bay Sands hall, following the tremendous finals of the GEST February tournament where ABC has also took the champions title.
Out of the 12 participating teams of the Armaggedon Dota 2 Grand Slam, ABC proved that they are indeed a force to be reckoned with, defeating every team that came their way.

First Departure came into the finals playing extremely well. ABC had the early lead in game one but things turned around due to bad positioning and bad fights. They lost the advantage as the game went into mid-game and eventually, the game.
With ABC having the winner bracket advantage, the series was all tied up at this point. The winner of game two will be the champion of Armaggeddon Dota 2 Grand Slam and claim the cash prize of $5,000 and a sponsorship contract worth $7,500.
In game two, ABC once again started off well in the laning phase but First Departure was able to find some openings and won a few clashes. However, it wasn't enough to regain the early lead ABC had, considering the Luna had been farming the whole time the fights were going on.

Completing the podium is Thai team Awake who surprised many, making it this far into the tournament. Awake was able to defeat Pacific in their first game and continued moving on in the winner bracket before they lost to ABC in the winner bracket final.
They faced First Departure (previously lost to ABC) in the loser bracket final but the home team was able to outplay Awake.
