GetPaid to host LAN tournament in Paris

French organizers GetPaid have recently announced a local LAN tournament for their community, Dota of the Opera in Paris.

Also known as Dota of the Opera, the tournament will be held in Paris and is one of the very few tournaments to take place in the French capital. Although the competition is held primarily for locals, it will also be open to all of Europe.

The event boasts a total prize-pool of € 2,425 in cash along with SteelSeries merchandise worth € 1,000. However, the maximum limit of participating teams has been fixed at 16, out of which 9 have already been occupied. Teams like Shiba Gaming, Imaginary Gaming, Baguette - to name a few, have already confirmed their participation and will be looking forward to walk away with the crown.

The competition is scheduled to begin on March 16, 2013 at 20:00 CET and end the day after. If you think you have the skills to compete at the highest level, you can sign-up here.
