EMS One Cup #2 started

The second cup of ESL's Major Series One started tonight. This is another chance for the participating teams to gain points in order to qualify for the LAN finals in April.



Teams such as Empire, mouz or No Tidehunter will fight for more points in the second cup of the ESL Major Series One.

The cup is played as single elimination format with 24 teams - 16 from the ESL A-Series, 8 invited teams. The matches are best-of-ones with a best-of-three Grand Final. Points and cash are awarded for the win and the best teams qualify for the group stage and the LAN finals. You can find the brackets here.

Points per cup
1st: 100 points (+600$)
2nd: 75 points (+200$)
3-4th: 50 points (+100$)
5-8th: 25 points
9-16th: 10 points
17-24th: 5 points

After today's games, GosuGamers will publish the current standings in terms of points. The 12 teams with most points will on to the group stage. The tournament is streamed by TobiWan and Epi.
