First and foremost, we've seen word that players will not be able to stream their games and the games will also not be allowed to be streamed. This is most likely due to enforcing preventative measures to cheating so the chance to win big bucks isn't acquired through any illegitimate means.

However, Online qualifiers will be casted and have directed camera streams, but the casting will not be casted by Riot.

Secondly, the brackets have been revealed, and the top 32 teams on the NA ladder will be eligible to break into the World Championship Series. The same can be said for the European Brackets which were released shortly after.
