NASL is a step away from wrapping up its fourth season and has made sure that the grand final is some piece of treat. Today, DHW champion HerO plays IPL5 runner-up Violet for the $30,000.

A grand and epic start was given to the offline portion of the NASL playoffs as it took almost two hours for Polt and Golden to finish their set. The two went neck and neck in four macro games, two of which ended around the 40th minute mark, before Polt could eliminate the now teamless zerg.

As if only to keep up with the schedule, the DreamHack Winter grand final rematch between HerO and Taeja was one of quickness and brutality, completely cementing protoss's superiority over his teammate and putting the aggregate score from recent tournaments to 7-0.

Traditionally strong on NASL grounds, DeMuslim almost tripped over the IPL 5 runner-up Violet. The Brit took the early lead but lost it quickly as Violet scored two in a row to turn the tables. Still, DeMuslim would give one final stroke of resistance in game four before finally losing the series 3-2.

If the results from all the other quarter finals could have pretty much been expected, such was not the case with Swedish zerg SortOf taking on GSL finalist HyuN. The foreigner was flawless in his play and dealt HyuN a crushing 3-0 loss, proudly stepping into the company of the final four.

Another PvT victory for HerO opened the semi final round and sent Polt to play the bronze final match. The terran had to concede the first two games of the series and HerO made sure that this lead of his persists, pinning a final score of 4-2. Much more one-sided was the other semi-final between Violet and SortOf. The Swede took the first set and made people wonder if the Hyun stomping can be repeated but Violet would not let any of this come to fruition and shut the series down with a four-game win streak.

This leaves HerO and Violet to go head to head in the grand final and divide a purse of $45,000. Most recently, the zerg met and defeated HerO at IPL 5 but the floor is different here, with a Bo7 instead of Bo3. As much as the two have played each other, it is now the first time they'll meet for such high stakes.

The final day of NASL 4 begins 21:00 CET on http://www.twitch.tv/nasls4.
