Fungal growth will be in its previous state in the latest test version of Antiga Shipyard. Infested terrans are targeted instead.
According to community manager Kaivax, making psionic units immune to Fungal Growth was too big of a change and thus the nerf to the spell has been redirected to Infested Terrans. Their eggs will spawn with 20 less health (with 80 down from 100) as Blizzard will be trying to identify if opponents will be able to clear a portion of the threat before it even spawns.
The change to Raven's Seeker Missile (not requiring an upgrade) remains.
