Although everyone was in China this weekend, our search for quality replays did not prove entirely futile. In fact, it's more than an excellent warm up before we hit you with the best of BWC next weekend!

Bunker rushes in TvP - especially against one-basing protosses - are uncommon these days, mostly because terrans as a whole are on the brink of tournament extinction. Then EPS Winter comes a long and gives us the gift of this particular game in which not only the match does not end after the perfectly defended rush but also goes on for another thirty minutes in a spectacular macro TvP.

In thirty minutes, Polt showcases everything that's awesome in the terran race: he splits, he double drops, he kites, he pushes and takes crushing positions while at the same time being the most efficient tumor removal tool known to man. Not that TheCoolMan didn't try hard, on the contrary. Yet all he got from Polt was the finger and a creep line shoved all the way back to his natural.

Every good story has a morale at the end. In PvZ it's usually "Brood Lords are imba" or "Immortal all-ins are imba" or "At least it's not PvP". This game here provides the fourth kind, namely "You really don't have to throw your entire army in your own vortex, especially when the entire zerg army is actually outside."
Thanks to React for playing the role of the involuntary comic relief in this RotW.

If you are a fan of Rain's PvZ, you will fall in love with this game. Sage is literally everywhere with his prisms and he warps in just about anything, from zealot snipes, through sentry ramplocks, to storm drops. As Ziktomini slowly but surely tastes his own decay, however, he suddenly remembers one thing: he still has his hive tech units.

Although I, probably like many of our readers, am not the biggest fan of zerg mirrors, this game brought forth the warm, almost forgotten feeling of nostalgia. In days when it's all about roaches and infestors all the time, Sheth and Coolman go back to when waging baneling wars with your hatchery in the red was something you encountered twice before eating breakfast.
If you've felt that this RotW was unsatisfying, we can a) get sad and b) redirect you to our Replay Section, which is growing fat on BWC replays as we speak and you don't get a chance like that every day!
