This qualifier is called the Central Selection, and will be held at the city's capital. Invasion Cyber Zone will host the 2 day tournament, and this selection will most likely have the most number of joining teams among the other qualifiers. It offers money and beautiful medals for the winners, but the more important award is a slot in the upcoming SMM Grand National DotA Tournament 2012: Grand Finals.
Considered to be one of the biggest E-Sports events for many years , SMM continues its gaming tradition with its usual annual tournament. Contrary to thoughts post SMM '11, the games will still be held on the the classic Warcraft III mod-map, DotA.
SMM ' 12 Grand Finals will be held in Cyberjaya, Malaysia from the 13th to 16th of December, 2012.
