After a short run through the S2WC, TSM are back to owning up the North American scene, taking the week one gold in their own Solomid Series, 2-1'ing Orbit Gaming in the final.
After Curse had to forfeit their remaining games due to scheduling issues, there was only TSM and Orbit gaming left in the tournament.
Cruising on the back of annihilating Karthus and Ezreal, TSM took the first game, only to lose the very even, very rich-on-kills set two that ended 20 to 16 in Ferus's favor at the 26th minute mark.
Choosing a full AoE combo with Orianna, Malphite, Katarina and Fiddlesticks, Orb landed on a quadra-AP set-up in the third game but with Magic Resist all across the board for TSM, including a Hexdrinker on Jayce, Visage on Maokai, Abyssal Scepter on Morgana and two Guardian Angels in the team, Orb found it impossible to burst TSM down.
