It is now made possible to award mannered teammates and opponents at the end of each match through the newly implemented Honor system.
Each players has a bank of honor points which he or she can give to other players if they have been helpful, friendly, honored or worked well with the team by clicking the brand new green button next to each player's name. The bank is limited and is refilled after matchmade games, thus making abusing the Honor system much more difficult.
So far, nothing can be bought with Honor as it is no currency but according to Riot, there are planning on "experimenting with potential bonuses for the most Honorable summoners."
