RIOT has announced changes in the next patch, which will be the one played at the season two championship.
With the season two finals just a few weeks away, RIOT has released a patch preview which is full of balance changes. This patch will be used at the finals and you can see that it contains lots of tweaks to several underplayed champions like Miss Fortune and Caitlyn, as well as nerfs to overplayed champions like Yorick and Vladimir:
