Team Liquid announced their acquisition of Korea Terran player TaeJa. Taeja will be the third Korean player signed by Team Liquid.
Yun "TaeJa" Young Seo was previously a player for the Team Slayers until he announced his intention to search for a foreign team on March 13, 2012. Since then TaeJa had been a free agent until he, with the help of ESV's Diamond, signed with Team Liquid. He will now play under the name Liquid'TaeJa.
TaeJa is without a doubt a great catch for Team Liquid. Aside from being a three time Code S player, TaeJa won enough ESV TV Weekly Cups to reach number 1 ELO on the Team Liquid Player Database.
With his experience as a veteran Terran player, TaeJa will be able to bolster the ranks of Team Liquid who previously had just Liquid'Jinro as their sole Terran. Acquiring TaeJa will also allow Team Liquid to claim a Korean player for each of the three races, the others being Liquid'Zenio and Liquid'Hero playing Zerg and Protoss respectively.
In Korea, TaeJa will debut for Team Liquid in his upcoming GSL Season 2 Code S RO32 match while internationally, TaeJa will debut for Team Liquid next month in Las Vegas at IPL 4.
