MLG Winter Championship: Losers Round 3 results

The final day of MLG WC began with some losers bracket action. After four 2-0 games Socke, Golden, Sase and Polt advanced to the next round.

In the only streamed game thus far, DeMuslim ended his MLG run after falling 0-2 to Socke. The German did a 2-base colossus timing in the first game to take the lead and sealed his victory on Shakuras Plateau as DeMuslim's combat shield rush proved to be a mistake. It gave Socke a more than 20 supply lead right off the bat which the protoss converted into a free third base and later into a GG from the devil terran.

Sase was the other player to keep the foreign flame alive as the Swede eliminated Select 2-0. Golden and Polt had the same score against Rain and KawaiiRice, respectively and move to losers round 4.
