The viewers' perspective is just as sweet. The first day of the event will be a group stage phase during which fans will be able to walk around the player area, watch their favorite gamers closely and get the chance to greet them at fan meetings. In day two, the eight best contenders will move to the grand stage, which will have a 12 meter screen and an individual seat for every attendee.
In addition, DreamHack will be setting up a BarCraft venue that will be open during both tournament days, because StarCraft is that much more pleasant when you can share food and drinks with the crowd around you.
The ticket for the event will cost around €25 (service charges included) and will be available for purchase on March 27th.
Finally, DreamHack is opening the so called "DreamHack EIZO Open Fan Award". Viewers - both on site and at home - will be able to make donations and vote for their favorite player. The one with the most wins will bring home the whole donated fund, which is already at €11,180 put up by DH organization.
