SK Gaming's protoss player MC advances to the semis of IEM Hanover after three-nilling Empire's Violet. MC gave the zerg not a moment of respite and deservedly adorned himself with at least a top four finish.
MC opened the series with 4-gate pressure into +2 blink, trampling to the very unprepared Violet. The "nothing going in Violet's way" theme continued on Cloud Kingdom as well, as the zerg failed to properly execute the two-front aggression and got swept away by MC's storms as a result.
The third game saw a simple two base +1/+1 attack turning into a merciless slaughter, putting MC at the triumphant 3-0.
After having to fight through as seas of protosses in day one of IEM Hanover, MC will once again have to plunge into a protoss mirror as he awaits the winner of the European hope Feast and Complexity's Killer.
