ViOlet got his revenge win against MarineKingPrime, dropping him out of HSC 4 3-2 after losing to him in the first day of group matches. ViOlet will proceed to play fellow Korean terran Sound in the semi finals.
Violet heftily recovered from an early 0-1 disadvantage and outplayed MarineKing by both crushing his reactor hellions into marine/mech attacks on Dual Sight and pealing his mech heavy play on Terminus with roach drops and neural parasites for when direct engagements were enforced.
A bit of a drama arose during the fourth set on Belshir Beach as the game dropped during a low-ground push by MKP that was going really well for the terran. After both players were disconnected, the casters started analyzing the situation and was gravitating towards a victory for MKP due to him having more supply but the Korean terran saved everyone the trouble and suggested a remake. It all worked for his best, however, as he won the game anyway when he defended Violet's 2-base roach/ling attack and countered with marine/hellion.
The final game saw a complete and total domination by Violet as he crushed the first army of MKP to gain a significant lead and continued to batter down the terran with banelings and infestors until MKP conceded the series.
