Announced on October 3rd, 2011, Type II has been born. A team based in Germany consisting of four players.

TypeSuN is the man who greatly helped us making Type II a reality, his impressive communication and gaming skills made it natural for us to choose him as our team Captain.  | TypePhoeNix, is one of our Zerg player from Korea, his unique style has yet to create some more amazing games, be sure to follow his tournament and practice streams! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
 | TypeDBS, is our Terran player from Germany, while living in the team house, while practicing as hard as our Korean players, he promises us to show great games with his strong evolving play style. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

 | Dennis "Take" Gehlen from TakeTV is our team manager. With his strong knowledge of eSports and his experience in training as a pro gamer, he is making sure that the team has a good schedule, strong training partners and participates in regular tournaments. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
 | Lex is the owner of the team, he is the businessman who created Type II. Lex wishes to see eSports and its awareness grow around the world. Lex ensures sustainability of the team and handles the business aspects of the organization. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
Their house is already pretty active with three of the members living there with a daily schedule involving traditional laddering and practice partners from TeamDignitas, Alternate, Mouse Sports, aAa, and also Grubby. Their playing is live streamed on their Own3d.tv channel.
