Fresh after Stephanogate, compLexity bounce back in the limelight by signing Protoss star NaNiwa.
Only a couple of days after his parting with Team Dignitas, Swede Johan "NaNiwa" Lucchesi has found a new home. The Protoss will now be playing under the compLexity and MVP crest after the announced joint partnership between the two organizations.
"Naniwa has proven himself to be one of the best StarCraft 2 players in the world," stated Jason Lake, CEO of compLexity Gaming. "We have spent the past couple weeks in long discussions with him and we're confident his amazing dedication and work ethic will reap great rewards in the future. We're very excited to have him join our organization."
NaNiwa will not be allowed to participate in GOMTV's Global StarCraft Team League (GSTL) with MVP, but he will have full access to the training grounds of the Korean team.
NaNiwa was last night eliminated of GSL Code A October after losing 0-2 to Korean Zerg player Lucky. This means the Swede has lost his Code A status and must compete in the next season's preliminaries to re-enter.
