The $3,000 GosuCup HoN #1 Group Stage is this weekend, where 16 teams will be facing off within their groups to determine who advances to the playoffs.
Group A will feature three European teams and one relatively unknown North American team. The two qualified teams are definitely the underdogs in this case, and it will be quite a story if either of them manages to upset MSI or Infused.

How they got in: Invited - #1 on GosuGamers Rankings
MSI displayed how dominant they are with their undefeated performance at the Gamers Assembly 2011 LAN. They did recently fall to EHH/DWi in the finals of the GameReplays TS4 Qualifier I, but the Group Stage should pose a minor challenge for them.

How they got in: Invited - #8 on GosuGamers Rankings
Infused is no doubt one of Europe's premier teams, currently leading Group B in the ESL Major Series. They've had a couple of 2nd place tournament finishes, but need to prove themselves here if they want to become one of the world's best.

How they got in: Qualified - Won EU Qualifier #2
The German organization KD-Gaming has re-entered the HoN scene after many months, and more recently, added half of the broken-up Dirty Minds to their roster. Advancing past the Group Stage would be a great step for them to becoming a top contender.

How they got in: Qualified - Won US Qualifier #4
Again, this North American team is relatively unknown, and the Group Stage will be an enormous test for them. They're going to have to bring their best game to show that they deserve to be here.
