HEARTSTEEL is the fourth latest virtual band to come out of Riot Games' Music division.
Riot Games and music have gone hand in hand over the years and both worlds are about to collide once more with the introduction of HEARTSTEEL, the all-new virtual band that will feature reimagined champions from League of Legends. The band will include popular picks like K'Sante, the co-leader and vocalist; Sett, the other co-leader and rapper; Kayn, another rapper as well as instrumentalist; Aphelios, who is also an instrumentalist and a songwriter; Ezreal, the vocalist and lastly, Yone the producer.
HEARTSTEEL is the latest virtual group to make its debut from Riot Games Music (RGM), who was also responsible for creating other iconic virtual groups like the heavily hip-hop influence of True Damage, the headbanging heavy metal of Pentakill, as well as the pop supergroup, K/DA.
Many of RGM's previous projects always featured popular voice actors to take on the roles of its virtual bands. The likes of American icons like Madison Beer and Jaira Burns alongside Korean pop idols like Cho Mi-yeon and Jeon So-yeon gave their voices to the K/DA group.
As for HEARTSTEEL, they will feature collaborations with renowned artists like Exo and SuperM's Baekhyun, who will voice Ezreal. LA-based rapper Cal Scruby will take the mic as Kayn, Mandarin music singer-songwriter ØZI will be Sett, and Chi-town resident contemporary artist Tobi Lou will be the voice of K'Sante.
