Alliance continues to dominate the European scene while Fnatic finally closes the gap and comes out of week 3 with a 50% win ratio.

Gambit vs. SK Gaming kicked off the final day of the third week with Diamondprox acquiring first blood with his signature jungle invasions.  However, not everything was going well for Gambit Gaming as their sloppy play was apparent and SK Gaming showed their ability to capitalize off it.

In a display showing that themselves and Alliance are a tier above the rest of the European squads, SK Gaming quickly dismantled Gambit Gaming and pulled the victory.

Millenium vs. Copenhagen Wolves followed it up with a first blood going in favor of Copenhagen Wolves.  Woolite started off strong on his hypercarry of Kog'Maw, following it up with another kill as time passed.  However, Millenium surpassed Copenhagen Wolves in towers.

While Copenhagen Wolves found a lead in the majority of the game, Millenium were able to find a solution to Woolite's Kog'maw and acquired a fed marksman of their own, taking the win in the late game.

The third match was the alleged "giant killers" Supa Hot Crew vs. Alliance , who have dominated with a 5-game win streak prior to this match, only dropping one game in the group stage thus far.  Wickd was able to acquire his signature Irelia pick while Froggen also was allowed on Anivia in nostalgic domination.

A solo dragon by Shook early on allowed Alliance to get the slight edge they needed to push a heavy advantage.  Supa Hot Crew had no choice but to attempt to stall. Failing to do so, Alliance took a win and continued their win streak.

The final game, Fnatic vs. ROCCAT, would be a back and forth one with ROCCAT starting out up 2-0 and ahead by 1,000 gold.  Fnatic were able to crawl themselves out of the deficit and capitalize on Overpow's overaggressive play.  Fnatic remained up in towers throughout the midgame.

Around 32 minutes in, ROCCAT found a clean 5 for 0 ace and acquired a baron, but decided to throw the lead they acquired late game.  Celvar was quickly caught out of positioned and punished as Fnatic swept 2 barons off the pick.  From there, it was only a matter of time before Fnatic closed out a nearly lost game with a victory.
