It would appear that since XDG did not patch their client in time, they forfeit their match to FFG.
Due to the inability to patch the client fast enough with the entirety of XDG's new roster, the BO3 between FFG and XDG Gaming will be immediately forfeited in favor of FFG, a team that CLG's former top laner Zach 'Nientonsoh' Malhias participates in.
As a result, XDG, former LCS team and North American representative at the Season 3 World Championship, will not be able to go beyond the quarterfinals in the challenger season. Frank Fang Gaming will participate against the winner of LoLPro and AoE in the semi-finals.
