Andy "Reginald" Dinh explains, as the owner of the team, his perspective on why things have changed and the focus of the team. In his vlog, he's elaborated that he acknowledges Xpecial as a strong support, but also that team chemistry was a problem.
Also, he goes on to explain that Brian "TheOddOne" Wyllie exiting the team was a matter of him stepping down, hoping the team would find a more mechanically skilled jungler to reach their goals. TheOddOne will play an assistant coach role while Reginald focuses on the business perspective of the company. A full-time coach that does not have personal relationships with the squad will be added to kick the team into shape.
