After dropping only one game in the grand finals, The new amateur "super-team" has taken their first tournament victory.
Gamers2, Ocelote's new team, found it's way in the grand finals after defeating third place finisher Invaders, the third place finisher, in a revenge rematch. Rest in Pepperonis, a "super-star" teams with talents Alex Ich, Nukeduck, k0u, Mithy and Freeze, showed off their individual ability by not dropping a game until the grand finals.
When the grand finals hit, RiP would have to rely on more than just individual skill to win the match-up, as Gamers2 had been training in a gamer house and are familiar with team play. RiP started off with a one-game advantage, managing to push that to only needing one.
However, RiP didn't receive the win without a fight. Gamers 2 was able to take a rather convincing game off RiP spearheaded by Ocelote's powerful Nidalee play. In the end, RiP was the stronger team in a long series and gathered their first tournament win only one week after the team's birth.
