Millenium lost to ROCCAT, ending their attempt at a perfect week. SK Gaming took first place of the LCS Spring Split in a game against the Copenhagen Wolves. Fnatic took out Gambit for a 3-1 head-to-head against the Russians.
ROCCAT picked a siege composition, and Millenium tried to counter with hard engage champions, but ROCCAT picked Morgana for disengage. After that, ROCCAT could easily farm up their Nidalee.
Continuing to use Morgana's disengage to maximum effectiveness, ROCCAT acquired enough influence in the game to take a Baron. Millenium could not intercede against the long range poke of Nidalee and Jinx, and ROCCAT used their gold lead to end the game.
Both duos swapped to the top half of the map where Svenskeren's pressure as Evelynn snowballed CandyPanda. With CandyPanda's lead, nRated could perform small roams with Svenskeren to pick up advantages in the jungle.
Like ROCCAT's composition, the Wolves' sought to siege without engagements, but Svenskeren's stealth allowed SK to get ahead early and find surprise engagements. With no real disengage aside from Karma's speed, the Wolves slowly fell to SK's power and pressure in fights.
Fnatic continued the trend of poke and siege compositions with xPeke's Nidalee and one of sOAZ's famous questionable Yorick picks. The early game started with slow, even skirmishes, but Fnatic found the better rotations and took towers and dragons.
Soon, Fnatic sieged just outside Gambit's base. With nearly a twenty thousand gold lead, they went for a Baron, and Edward managed to steal with a Solar Flare. This only stalled the game for the duration of the buff, however, as Fnatic came out victorious in the first fight that occurred after it expired and won the game.
