On the second day of Week 9, TSM destroys Dignitas' innovative composition, and, though they ultimately lose, Coast puts up a fight against CLG with 10k gold down.
Desperate to avoid a fourth loss to TSM this split, Dignitas attempted to come out with an unconventional composition. They initiated a lane swap, starting an LPL-esque game of turret-taking chicken, that stretched past second tier turrets for both teams.
With the map opened, the game turned into a brawl fest. Team SoloMid found the first win in a dragon fight where they fixed the kill score at 5/0 and took the first dragon.
TSM continued to dominate from there. Bjergsen proved himself one of the best Lulu plays in NA with clutch ultimates that often countered or prevented Crumbzz's Inverventions. TSM took team fights and the game in twenty two minutes.
WizFujiiN over extended bottom to get damage onto Doublelift as dexter ganked, but Lucian was able to dish out enough pain to still get first blood before dexter took out Daydreamin.
That was where Coast's luck seemed to end however, as CLG aced Coast at the second dragon fight and took an early Baron buff. CLG were then able to force Coast into their base.
With a ten thousand gold deficit, Shiphtur rallied the troops. Utilizing excellent positioning, he won his team several fights in a row. Unfortunately, the team was not able to take objectives off of team fight wins, and it only took one loss for CLG to press into their base and take the game.
