TPS and ahq stay at the top of Group A in Day 1

While the Snipers had a slightly rough time getting the win, ahq breezes through with a support Urgot.

TPS was ahead at the start, using a 2v1 lane swap that put Qaizer way behind in cs and levels. As BKT didn't want to answer, they attempted to rush to trade two towers, but Zonda and Winds were able to hold off better. That paved the way for the Snipers to get a strong lead. However, a series of bad engages took away that advantage, and TPS had to struggle a bit in the mid to late game before reclaiming control and ending the match.

With Malphite banned, GreenTea decided to bring out another new pick: Urgot. The heavy poke potential of him and Lucian wrecked CRAZYPINE and Vera. On the other side of the map, BBTY on Quinn was getting bullied hard by Prydz on Lee Sin, and Westdoor was once again dominant in his lane. The game easily took a turn for the worst for the Titans, since ahq had the insane burst plus engage with Hyper Kinetic Position Reversal to win almost all fights.
