With smart ward coverage by CLG Gaming, Xmithie's Evelynn was unable to find the ganks necessary to snowball. Dexter, meanwhile, was able to visit bottom lane and get Doublelift a lead over Zuna after being forced under his tower for so long.
Mandatorycloud took a small cs lead over Link, but Link's global pressure with Ziggs allowed his team to pick up more dragons. Nien also started to shine on Shyvana, beating down Benny who made the questionable decision to rush armor against Shyvana top, Elise jungle, and Ziggs mid.
Ultimately, all lanes for CLG won, and they had superior rotations, always picking up dragons and towers before XDG could even challenge the objectives. It didn't take long for the Jinx/Shyvana combination to rocket into XDG's base.
Shiphtur, for a change, fell behind Voyboy's Gragas in the early game, but Wizfujiin and Daydreamin were able to rack up an impressive early lead over Cop and Saintvicious in the bottom lane. While normally Shiphtur must do well for Coast to win, Wizfujiin was able to support NintendudeX's dragon attempts and secure a gold lead for the team.
From there, ZionSpartan came down from the top lane to initiate fights on Shyvana. He dove into Curse's group of five, creating confusion while Wizfujiin could pick them off. Shiphtur's Ahri was also able to get back into the game by cleaning up the kills.
At the end of the game, Coast again struggled to close. Voyboy's Gragas used Explosive Cask to isolate and assassinate members. They lost a disorganized fight in Curse's base, but Curse were too far behind to really capitalize, and Coast took a Baron, then the win.
