Supa Hot Crew takes out CHW while Gambit Gaming annihilates Millenium after a rough start in the beginning.
SHC vs. CHW
Supa Hot Crew showed an astonishing performance in the prior weeks even as underdogs by taking out Gambit Gaming. This week, they showed up against Copenhagen Wolves, but not without an initial fight. The first blooded of previous weeks becamse the first blooders of this week. Svenskeren showed a pretty heavy improvement and even though he previously had the most deaths, he showed up today.
However, Supa Hot Crew were able to take an advantage in objectives and lead in tower which resulted in superior gold levels. Supa Hot Crew was able to drive these gold values into a decisive win for their team, shoving the Copenhagen Wolves further down the ranks while SHC make their climb up.
GMB vs. MIL
Araneae showed up huge in the final game of the EU LCS by camping top and acquiring not one, but two kills for his team early. This lead to a very early snowball top lane that allowed Kev1n to become very fed, holding onto the most kills in the game early on. Diamondprox made an impact on his own, however. Even if he didn't pull off as many ganks as Araneae's Evelynn, he was able to utilize Elise's great solo damage and solo'd dragon to bring Gambit back into the game.
As with most games, Millenium showed their faltering performance in the late game once again even after showing an improvement in their mid game. Gambit Gaming was able to capitalize on it and push through with a unique strategy. Darien went nearly pure DPS on Renekton while still maintaining enough tankiness to engage, allowing Gambit Gaming to pull through.
