After a swift 2-0 victory over their opponents, Millenium bring home a handsome sum of cash and a reinvigorated attitude for the next week of LCS.

Game 1 featured an unfortunate start for paiN Gaming where they suffered the loss of several summoners as well as a few deaths.  The summoners left their solo laners immediately gankable, and top lane suffered the most.  Kev1n was able to take full control of top lane, doubling his opponent in CS, resulting in a snowbally game 1 result for Millenium.

Game 2 showed paiN Gaming playing a little better, specifically the bottom lane which matched up to the mighty Creaton and Jree.  Despite that, mechanically Millenium proved superior on multiple grounds.  It wasn't long before Millenium had developed a rather large lead and showed their prowess and advanced knowledge of late game strategy.  paiN Gaming tried to utilize a pick comp, but were too far behind in gold due to lack of objective control and could not take anyone out.  The tanky composition of Millenium rolled through paiN Gaming in a quick 2-0 victory to win IEM Sao Paulo.

Both teams will proceed to play in the IEM World Championships in Katowice, Poland.
