After all the hype was established, Alliance failed to live up to it and went 0-4, while Fnatic was on the opposite side of the spectrum at 4-0.

GMB vs. SHC
Gambit Gaming kicked off the game with having an early disadvantage. Even very early in the game a lot of kills were had, but ultimately SHC started off with two kills. While Gambit Gaming were able to catch up and make it even, SHC quickly found several favorable fights and would surpass Gambit once again, with an extremely fed MrRallez on Caitlyn, starting 4-0.
The experience of Gambit Gaming was shining through with having a 2 to 0 turret advantage into the mid game. This allowed Gambit Gaming to be ahead in farm and gold despite Supa Hot Crew being ahead in kills. Every time Supa Hot Crew got a kill lead, Gambit Gaming caught up with experience in pushing where it really mattered -- that is until Supa Hot Crew acquired a baron before the thirty minute mark. Eventually, Gambit Gaming swung way far ahead and behind Alex's super fed Kayle, Gambit Gaming were able to acquire a win.
[A] vs. ROC
An early aggressive, signature play from Jankos forced Wickd to flash early on in the game, but didn't manage to get a kill while it was just the opposite for Shook. Shook was able to find a gank and put Alliance in a very slight lead. Alliance were able to fight for Dragon and while having a few casualties, Alliance were at least able to pick up the dragon.
As the game proceeded onward, the lead Roccat had became more and more apparent. Roccat were far ahead, had more towers, and ended up acquiring a baron 35 minutes in. After a few thrown opportunities and non-taken options at the hands of the Alliance, ROCCAT were able to capitalize on their advantages and push Alliance to an unfortunate 0-4 finish to superweek.
