Fourth-placed at WCG 2013, Lyon Gaming was the last team qualified for the Brazilian event, where they can re-edit the confrontation with paiN Gaming four months after International Wildcard.
One month after staying at fourth place in the World Cyber Games, the Mexican team Lyon Gaming had important reasons to prepare their bags again. With a fast win over Dash9 Gamin, another team which has participated in the WCG 2013, the Mexican team won the Circuit of Legends LAT and the northern qualifier of IEM São Paulo.
Beside the trophy, Lyon Gaming obtained $500 and the third spot for the last tournament of the eighth season of Intel Extreme Masters. Only four more spots remain before the IEM line-up is competed: two for Brazilian teams and one for European (Lemondogs or Team Alternate)
