Puszu, temporary long-term substitute AD carry of Fnatic, discusses his future in a LoLeSports interview.
Puszu elaborates on specific goals and points in his life, where he wishes to participate in the spring split of the LCS by finding a team willing to take him. Puszu was able to fit right into the team, filling the shoes of Rekkles immediately and melding with YellOwstar, an AD Carry that switched to support for 2013.
Puszu explains how he was told in the beginning that his stay with Fnatic would only be temporary, but in his time playing, he developed himself into one of the strongest AD carries in Europe. Here's a short excerpt of the interview:
What challenges did you face when joining a team right in the middle of their LCS season?
Puszu:The only challenge was to learn how to play as a team. Since I was a solo-queue player for a long time that might have been the hardest thing to do alongside getting the same mindset with YellOwStaR, since we were really different AD Carries. [We] disagreed a lot but never argued. So after we learned to think the same way and make the right calls, we were all good to start winning. A lot of people ask me about the nerves of playing on stage, but really the only time I felt nervous was the first game against MYM, and, after that, I wasn´t nervous in any of the games.
Was it understood that you were the temporary AD Carry?
Puszu: It was made clear that I would play the summer split and, even if we managed to get to Worlds, that Rekkles would play it with the team. I actually wanted Rekkles to play Worlds after we knew we made it, and he wanted me to play it, so we kind of had the same relationship towards each other. We got along well. He asked me some questions about AD carry, I asked him some.
