In a decisive set of games, Dignitas are the first to lose against the newly formed Alliance.
In the game one, Dignitas and Alliance started out the game relatively even. Eventually, as time went on, the disparity of skill between the laners would show Dignitas in a significant disadvantage, as they were crushed one by one individually before teamfights started. After a brave dragonfight by Dignitas, it would appear they may find an opportunity to comeback. However, Alliance fought brilliantly and furthered their lead.
Their lead became more collossal as they took the inner towers from every lane down before the twenty minute mark. it wasn't long before they took the set to game 2.
Unfortunately for Dignitas, Game two would be the final game for them in the Battle of the Atlantic, starting off the North America vs. EU wars in quite the dismal fashion. In game 2, Crumbzz was significantly outjungled, allowing Shook to shine in his hype spotlight. Though games are slower to close out in this patch, Alliance seemed to have found a way in combating Dignitas, shunning the North American squad and showing an incredible debut in their first tournament performance.
