Dignitas announces roster for Battle of the Atlantic, Patoy absent

In an announcement on their website, Team Dignitas has not only confirmed their lineup for their upcoming show match with European team Evil Geniuses as part of the Battle of the Atlantic tournament, but also that support player Jordan “Patoy” Blackburn will be absent from their team for the event. According to Dignitas, Patoy will be moving to the bench starting immediately.

Patoy’s replacement for the match will be Alan “KiWiKiD” Nguyen, the former Dignitas top-laner who is coming off the bench after the addition of new top-laner Cruz “cruzerthebruzer” Ogden to the roster removed him from the starting position.

Patoy has been with Dignitas since the middle of 2012, and with him the team faced mixed results in both the Spring and Summer seasons of the League Championship series. His future with the team remains to be seen, but in their post Dignitas stressed that this new roster is not final, and following the show match they will make a final decision regarding their team for the Season 4 LCS split.
