Dutch squad LowLandLions adds Jacco “broetoe” Broeder and Tom “MetalX” Latour to replace departing members Chris “Sneaky” Esser and Thomas “GamersLegends” van Mierlo.
The announcement on the LowLandLions website did not specify as to Sneaky’s or GamersLegends’ future, but the parting appears to have been friendly on both sides. MetalX, a former LowLandLions player and Team Alternate substitute, steps back into the captain position which Sneaky leaves vacant, while broetoe comes to the team from Pulse e-sports.
In his statement, team manager Patrick “TheAllSpark” Marinus expressed confidence in the new roster, and proudly warned other teams: “Beware these Lions!”
