After five games, NaJin White Shield showed their dominance in group D by going 2-0 in the groups, with Mook following shortly behind.
NaJin White Shield began their domination by taking out the relatively unknown Sirius Vega. The second victory they took to earn themselves a bye into the bracket stage on October 14th was against Mook, who won the rest of their games. Mook was able to pull wins against Jin Air Greenwings Falcons twice in the group, leaving them in third place of the Group D standings with a 1-2 record, winning only against Sirus Vega.
Mook goes into Wild Card bracket to face off whoever the 2nd place team is from Group C. Group C will only be decided by one game due to the fact that two teams, Incredible Miracle 2 and Xenics Blast, have dropped out of the tournament due to being unable to attend. Both teams will advance with the winner going straight to the main bracket stage and the other facing off against Mook in the Wild Card brackets. Group C's match between Jim Air Greenwings Stealths and Xenics Storm begins at 10:00 CET,
