Locodoco talks about his full-Korean roster of Quantic qualifying for the NA LCS, the state of North American teams, and his time at worlds so far.
Locodoco is a long time player in Korea who first started playing on the North American servers and was known for his streaming. He began his endeavors by playing for a team called MiG Frost where he and his current teammate, who achieved second at the Season 2 World Championships, 'Woong', played with him. Woong eventually replaced Locodoco as AD Carry, causing Locodoco to take a competitive hiatus until he was picked up by HotshotGG on Counter Logic Gaming to try out in the support role. While that didn't work out so well, Counter Logic Gaming were one of the better performing teams at the international tournament following worlds, IPL5.
Now, for the first time, A Korean team has come over in attempts to try and qualify for the North American LCS with a roster of strong Korean players. Locodoco also focuses on how North American players occasionally have teams and rosters that are there specifically to be iconic and celebrity-status without focusing on the hard work to become a strong team.
