FNC vs. RC?

Game 1

With the second semi-finals underway, both teams took no hesitation to kickstart the game with loads of action. A few summoners went down, but nothing overly gamebreaking was lost following the hectic encounter. The laning phase heavily was going in favor for Royal Club with Cyanide having to assist sOAZ top while Whit3zZ nearly killed xPeke. After nearly killing sOAZ top, his cell division barely saved him, allowing for an escape after flashing.

Unfortunately for Fnatic, two kills came to the two worst champions for them to be on.  Jax and Vayne found themselves far above their respective counterparts, crushing in farm as well. Fnatic did manage to pick up a relatively free dragon, but Godlike on Jax was able to take top tower and grab a tremendous amount of free farm.  Most of Royal Club were roughly doubling Fnatic in creep score.

Hectic level one's entailed in the first game and onward in the series.

Fnatic were trying to find their way back in the game by feeding Puszu, and while Royal Club tried to turn it back around, Fnatic did their awesome trademarked turret protection, using their strong team mobility.  Royal Club's aggressive nature crushed Fnatic in the bottom lane, proxying behind the tower and starving them. Things would only sink further when Royal Club snuck a 20 minute baron.

25 minutes in, the first inhibitor dropped to Royal Club.  After a second baron, Royal Club rolled in for yet another inhibitor and pushed down every lane individually.  In under 30 minutes, Royal Club convincingly destroyed Fnatic, winning in every single position and taking the first game of the series.

Game 2

Game 2 kicked off with a hopeful first blood rooted from Uzi getting caught out in the bottom lane by an early tower dive.  Royal Club were able to capitalize on their positioning and picked up a triple kill with two of them going onto Lucky and one onto Tabe.  Overall, Royal Club came out 1.4k gold ahead. Fnatic attempted to crawl back in with a kill in the top lane onto Lucky.  Cyanide continued to pressure middle.

The farm differences were equally as one sided, even in mid where xPeke got first blood.  Cyanide continued toa pply pressure and attempted to snowball top. After proxying behind Fnatic's tower, Whit3Zz roamed down to ensure that they could starve Puszu. After a powerful gank bottom, Fnatic grabbed dragon and somehow came into the lead.  Royal Club's bottom lane was absolutely dominating Fnatic's.

Royal Club's preemptive attempts at setting up dragon didn't work out for them.

When dragon spawned around 15 minutes, Uzi started off by stealing Fnatic's blue buff with a well placed Arcane Barrage, but Whit3Zz missed his Shockwave, allowing for Fnatic to nearly ace Royal Club cleanly. Fnatic's comeback would mean less and less as Royal Club increased their tower lead from 2-0 to 4-0. After incredible AoE synergy, Royal Club still only managed to trade evenly with Fnatic.

No matter how many fights Fnatic won, they seemed to have trouble with transitioning them into tower pickups. After a risky baron, Royal Club pulled way ahead and were able to get the narrow edge they needed to win the following fights.  Royal Club were able to close it out and climb ahead in a 2 for 0.

Game 3

Yet again, absolute insanity ensued going in the third game of the series with Royal Club somehow narrowly avoiding death from a level 1 that was in Fnatic's favor.  Royal Club did fall behind by trading 3 Flashes for 2 ignites, however. A fantastic roam from Fnatic's duo and jungler allowed for a kill on Godlike followed up by a dragon, putting Fnatic at a large advantage for the first time in the series.

Royal Club took advantage of the early roam by taking the top tower down, but the trade was still in favor of Fnatic. A successful invade by Lucky forced Cyanide to smite blue away from xPeke, meaning xPeke was still going to fall behind in lane.  Cyanide brought his carry pants yet again, going 4-0 in 10 minutes and diving onto Royal Club, giving them a taste of their own medicine.

Fnatic gives Royal Club a taste of their own medicine.

In a dragon fight around 15 minutes, Royal Club's Lucky outsmited Fnatic, but in a greedy attempt to dive the tower for Puszu, Fnatic picked up several kills and climbed up 8-0. However, Royal Club stayed ahead in the towers. Every time Fnatic did grab a tower, Royal Club would always grab a tower kill back. They decided to make this up by a free dragon that occured around 21 minutes in.

Fnatic began crawling back up in objectives due to a poorly timed baron attempt by Royal Club, forcing them out of position. After a baron and a 20 kill lead, Royal Club showed the stamina to stay in the game.  Ultimately, they were too far behind and lacked any map control to be able to have a chance to win that game.  Fnatic stopped the 3-0 dead in its tracks.

Game 4

While both teams still tried to contest jungle control, the game started off much less hectic than their usual games.  Yellowstar, however, was forced to blow his flash early. Once again, Royal Club were having massive CS leads. Fnatic punished Royal Club's early pushing by grabbing first blood onto Tabe.  Absolute madness erupted with stuns being traded back and forth for a 3-2 trade.

With the first dragon fight of the game, Royal Club managed to grab the first dragon, also trading a kill for a kill.  All flashes were down for Royal following that fight.  Kills continued to be traded between both teams with aggressive support plays making the game absolutely wild.  Once again, Royal Club was paving the road to more objectives, outperforming Fnatic in turret control.

Somehow, Uzi managed to find a trade here.

After burning several ultimates, Royal Club picked up another free dragon around 19 minutes due to superior objective timing.  Fnatic was still burning down Royal Club in teamfights and picking them in favorable positions despite Royal Club's map control.  26 minutes in, Tabe got the dragon with his Tibbers, but Fnatic got an ace out of it and managed to catch up in turrets.

The second ace of the game would be picked up at 32 minutes.  Despite, Uzi killing three of Fnatic nearly single handedly, Fnatic coordinated better as a team and got several turrets off of it, snowballing ahead in global control.  40 minutes in, the gold value was completely even. After one of the most hectic back and forth skirmishes we've ever seen in LoL eSport history, Royal Club finally were able to close out the game.
