The invited teams from the top 8 of our GosuGamers Rankings, plus the 8 qualifier winners, have been divided into 4 groups. These 16 elite teams from around the world will be battling over the top 2 spots in their groups and advancement to the next playoff round.

All Group Stage matches are best-of-2. Each team plays a series against the other teams in their group once. The two teams from each group with the highest point total will advance to the playoffs (win = 3 points, draw = 2 points, loss = 1 point). In the case of a draw at the end of group play, the teams in question will face each other in a best-of-1 match.
