This preliminary included notable players like Testie, H_Paul_WII, Pride and Louden. Let me quote MPXMX who put it very nicely in a description of the event he posted at TL.net forums.This guy gave us a pretty display of micro and he performed a different strategy almost every game against his gosu opponents. We saw mass wraiths in at least 2 TvZs, vultures and goliaths vs Zerg, various openings vs Protoss opponents, including formidable HnR)Pride. Good luck in Montreal, where you're hopefully going! Debit should also be a great threat there.Apparently it was not all field trip for Bulloch and he had to row upstream to get his victory. Another quote of his description of the event.So, after losing the first game of the series, Bulloch had to win 4 games vs debit with the allowance of only 1 loss. Vs Debit, the 300 APM tvz zvt zvp player who went completely undefeated up to this point. Vs Debit, who sent Bulloch to the loser brackets. Vs Debit who beat Paul 2:0 playing terran, once on Kohral, where Paul beat radiaL(T), Louden(T), Testie(T) using exactly the same strategy every game. Testie yet again did not fare well but despite good games the competition was tough and he was unable to qualify for the finals. He did manage to captivate attention for which he has an uncanny ability. Check this video interview of him. Of note, the interview quality itself is a disaster; due to poor lighting you can barely see it despite cranking up the brightness. You can hardly hear the questions but you can definately hear Testie!
