Marvel Rivals’ entire roster of playable launch characters has been revealed.

NetEase Games has confirmed Marvel Rivals’ complete launch roster, and it’s pretty stacked even for a hero shooter. All in all, the roster comprises 33 heroes and villains from the pages of Marvel Comics, torn from various timelines thanks to the shooter’s multiverse-colliding premise.

This week, the developer confirmed that Squirrel Girl, Black Widow, Cloak & Dagger, Iron Fist, and Wolverine are joining the game’s playable roster. It also dropped a launch trailer:

New symbiote map revealed for Marvel Rivals

NetEase Games also announced a new symbiotic map coming to Marvel Rivals, just in time for this year’s trilogy-capper Venom: The Last Dance. This map is set in Klyntar, a prison planet meant to cage the symbiote king Knull. The map features some pretty grim and alien-looking imagery compared to the game’s more colourful urban maps, marking a refreshing change from its more typical fare.

Marvel Rivals launches on December 6, 2024.
