After a series of disappointments, not qualifying to this year’s International being the most important one, Burden United officially announced their disband.
This does not come as a surprise as they didn’t show any improvement with in their last LAN event at DreamHack Summer where they finished on 5th position in Dream League 3 and right after that they’ve been playing with stand-ins during the following online tournaments.

The first sign of an imminent disband was shown two days ago when Burden United although reached the grand finals of ProDota Cup decided to forfeit after the first two games were played and gave Power Rangers their first championship title for this year.
Burden United was originally formed with the precise objective of participating in ESL One Frankfurt’s qualifiers. The only achievement of the team was the 3rd place at Dota 2 Champions League Season 5.
