Kicking off yesterday, the first game in WCA 2015 Dota2 tournament ended with a clear 2-0 victory of BraveHeart by LGD. Over the next few days, the four teams that will be taking part in the WCA LAN finals will be decided. Every day between the 24th and 27th of June will feature a best of three series from the first round of the bracket. Today's game will be between HGT and VG.P at 12:30CEST.
The winning teams of the first round in this bracket are all guaranteed to be given a spot in the Chinese LAN finals, however, the teams cannot let their guard down going into the second round as the two winning teams will be given a spot at the WCA international LAN finals to be held in December.
The World Cyber Arena 2015 Dota2 tournament features 16 top Chinese teams fighting for a total prize pool of $90,000; the top four finishers receive an invite to the Chinese LAN finals to be held in July and in addition to that invite, the winners and the runners up will receive another invite to the WCA international LAN event to be held in December this year.
